invitacion formalmasters puerto rico enero 2007

Dear NGBs,
Attached: Masters official invitation, previous e-mail with judging information.
The ISA World Masters Surfing Championship is quickly approaching. FSPR has done an amazing job of lining up sponsors and the government is extremely supportive of the event. At the AGM in Huntington Beach, NGBs and team representatives were very excited about this event and now it’s time to show your support for the Puerto Rican Surfing Federation and the Masters by confirming attendance for your national team. This will be a great event like the Juniors and we are looking forward to seeing you there. The event is limited to 15 teams plus the host so please send your confirmation plus entry fees as soon as possible. If your team is eligible for a judging position, the deadline for CV’s and resumes is Saturday, November 25.

Dear NGBs,
Please review the below information regarding judges nominations for the ISA World Masters Surfing Championship. All CV's/Resumes must be sent to the ISA by the NGB, not individual judges. We must receive CV/Resumes by November 25, 2006. Please send only 1 nomination.
The ISA will use 2006 WSG rankings for the judging positions. In addition to your teams WSG ranking, you must also confirm Masters participation. Teams interested in nominating a judge must confirm Masters participation by November 20, 2006.
JUDGES PANEL
All judges will be selected only after application to the ISA. The ISA Technical Committee will determine the judge's panel and who will be International and Team judges based on prior ISA Event experience, Accreditation Level, and pro surfing judging experience and rating.
All Judges will be hosted January 19-29, 2007 at no expense to their teams.
Only the "Team Judges" airfare will be the responsibility of their home Federation.
* International Judges: Three paid judging positions. Organizer will cover accommodations, ground transportation, food and airfare. Paid judges will receive a salary of USD$120 per day. Teams eligible for International Judge positions based on World Surfing Games 2006 rankings: Australia, USA and Brazil.
* Team Judges: Four non-paid invited judges, provided by attending teams. Organizer will provide accommodation, ground transportation and food only.
Organizer does not pay Team Judges airfare. This airfare is the responsibility of the NGB the judge represents. Teams eligible for Team Judge positions based on World Surfing Games 2006 rankings: South Africa, Hawaii and France, plus host country Puerto Rico.
* Application Due Date: November 25, 2006 To be eligible for any of the above Judging positions, all NGBs must nominate their Judge and must have submitted an Application Form and updated CV/Resume to the ISA Headquarters.
Please note: The responsibility to nominate the judge and provide the CV/Resume is that of the NGB concerned, not the individual judge. ONLY ONE JUDGE NOMINATION PER COUNTRY WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Judging policy: If you bring a judge that is not a top 3 (paid judge), your countries only expense is the judge’s airfare. The host country is eligible to apply for a team judge position, which will bring the number of team judges to 4.
If you are team 1 to 6 from the WSG rankings and don't bring a judge, your team must pay $500, and then team #7 gets the right to bring a judge, if they don't, then they must pay the $500 and we go to team #8, and so on.
